Our goal is to make the design process an enjoyable one. Experience has shown that knowledge of our standard procedures helps our client feel comfortable for the duration of the project. While projects will vary based on scope, here is the basic process we follow:
RESEARCH : During our initial interview we start with the virtual/physical meet and greet with the clients to discuss the goals and requirement of the project. We establish your scope along with the proposal. A contract is presented and signed and then a kick off meeting happens.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN : In this stage we ask you to share the inspirational images that reflects your preferred style and taste. Then we begin to examine every aspect of your project and present you with our initial ideas. We develop the style concept, schedule a site visit, draft initial floor plans, sketches and curate preliminary materials and finishes.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS : At this stage we dive into more detail, and present elevations, lighting plans, electrical and all necessary documentation to begin meeting he contractors for budgeting and begin the procurement stage.
PROCUREMENT : This stage includes placement request for pricing, sample approval, placement of orders, tracking and advocate on your behalf if problems arise and make sure that your needs are met.
INSTALLATION AND STYLING : We assist in the construction of a punch list and/or oversee the installation of furniture, art and accessories. Finally a deficiency resolution is done post the handover care and protection guidelines documentations.

For each fully decor project, we begin by working with our client to develop a concept based on their style and preferences. We can also source all the furniture and furnishings for you and provide you the hassle feel experience.

For larger projects, our team may be involved in renovations and remodeling projects, which can include structural changes, space reconfiguration, and updating of existing spaces in collaboration with architects.
By partnering with your preferred architect/ contractor, we draft the details, select all the interior finishes and design all the elements includes in interiors as per client's requirement. As the construction begins, we act as the first point team for everything to address any questions.
We also make time to time visits to the site to ensure that the construction is happening as per the approved design.
We offer consulting services for clients who need design advice and ideas but prefer to handle the implementation themselves.
